Miranda Newboult joined Salomons in May 2002 as the Graduate
Schemes Manager for the Financial Management Training Scheme.
She has worked in recruitment, HR and training within the
private sector and prior to joining Salomons was self-employed
offering psychometric testing, career guidance and training
for companies and private clients.
Miranda is qualified in the use of Psychometric Instruments
at Levels A & B and has a particular interest in psychometric
testing, assessment and personal and professional development.
