Eamonn has extensive experience designing and delivering programmes, both academically validated and otherwise, working with clients in many parts of the public sector including the NHS, Education and Local Government. His focus is on strategy, organisational effectiveness and leadership development.
Eamonn is qualified to level A and B in psychological testing and is a fully qualified careers adviser. He is an external examiner for the MSc Health Management and Research and MSc Primary Health Care Commissioning and Management at the University of Essex. 

Examples of recent projects

• Programme Director: Masters in Leadership and Management (Health and Social Care); teaching courses on management and leadership and strategy and policy and supervising masters dissertations
• Designing and delivering development programmes to prepare senior finance managers for Board level work in the Northeast, North West and London regions
• Supporting organisations through restructuring and change by being part of the team that runs assessment and development centres for senior managers, nurse advisers, team leaders and other health care staff.
• Providing detailed feedback to candidates to link with their development plan
• Coaching senior managers/directors towards individually identified outcomes
• Designing and running a development centre for directorate managers in an Acute Trust
• Providing 360 degree feedback  to a wide range of senior NHS managers
• Facilitating learning sets for a number of clients e.g. Facilitating an action learning set for deputy Directors of Finance within the NHS seeking to become directors
• Team-building utilising the outdoors
