Jenny has worked in the Business Support team since June 2002, and supports the  consultancy team on a wide range of programmes. Prior to that Jenny enjoyed many years in the private sector working at PA level to Chief Executives and senior directors. She also has several year's experience running the administration side of a training department.

Over the last five years Jenny has helped organise a range of conferences, development and assessment centres, and enjoys interacting with clients at all levels.
