Heather Edgar is a consultant with the Scottish team based
in Glasgow. She began working with Salomons in 2002.

Heather has been involved in assessment centre recruitment
for a large NHS client and she also has experience in training
assessors from the organisation to increase the internal capability
of the client and with an aim bring the assessment centre
process ‘in house’.
Heather has also delivered Development Programmes for Team
Leader level within a new organisation. Other development
work includes "Protected Learning Time" sessions
for GP’s and LHCCs.

- Giving and Receiving Feedback
- The importance of team working
- Dealing with difficult patients.
Heather is qualified to British Psychological Society Level
A and B for psychometric testing.
Prior to joining Salomons Heather graduated in 2001 with
a BA in Law and Management. Following this Heather worked
in the Human Resources Department of a start up NHS organisation
and specialised in recruitment.
