Sally has extensive experience working with clients in many parts of the public and voluntary sector including the NHS, voluntary organisations and local government. Her focus is on organisational and leadership development. Supporting and facilitating the effective management of change is at the core of most of the work she is involved in.

She has a reputation for designing and delivering bespoke interventions that are grounded in, and relevant to, the particular organisation and individuals she is working with, and is driven by a desire to make a real difference. She particularly enjoys:  facilitating groups working on live issues; leadership development; team building; coaching and facilitating action learning sets.

Examples of recent projects

1. A year long leadership programme for front line clinical leaders in a Mental Health Trust focussed on the redesign of the service
2. Facilitating learning sets for Public Health directors, Public Health trainers and defined specialists across Kent, Surrey and Sussex
3. Designing and delivering two new leadership programmes for newly qualified midwives and senior midwives in North Central London
4. Carrying out a piece of research for a Kent and Medway SHA with a view to improving recruitment and retention of consultant medical staff
5. Team development initiatives for a shared services agency, a directorate within an SHA and two GP practices
6. Coaching for senior managers within health and social care.
