Chris is responsible for the development of Salomons profile in Scotland and has developed successful partnerships with a range of Scottish organisations since setting up the team in 2001.

He has extensive experience of facilitating change, particularly in the public sector during the last 21 years both as a manager and as a consultant, having successfully worked with organisations, teams and individuals.

Chris uses his proven facilitation, leadership, influencing and problem solving skills when working with clients and is able to provide appropriate challenges to situations and individuals in order to agree actions and help others to move towards their goals.

Chris has an organisational responsibility to ensure that CLMD promotes 'Best Practice' in the use of all Psychometric instruments and to ensure organisational consistency. He is qualified and skilled at using a number of psychometric instruments at Levels A, B and B-Plus as well as being a recognised accredited coach for a number of 360 degree feedback tools.

Examples of recent projects:

• Designing and developing a number of leadership and managerial learning events

• Creating, designing and delivering a range of assessment and development centres for senior managers within the Health and Education sectors

• Delivering tailor-made recruitment events for numerous appointments in a range of organisational settings

• Assisting individuals to further develop their personal effectiveness and self by using a co-active coaching model

• Facilitating teams, developing the team awareness and assisting them to manage their impact on each other and people with whom they interact.
