Why use Team Development?

- Use our extensive experience in using the outdoors as an effective learning environment. Here at Salomons we have our own outdoor facilities including low and high ropes courses

- Facilitate Board development to ensure individuals can work well
together and maximise the effectiveness of the Board
- Provide one-to-one coaching or advice sessions with team members
- Set up action learning sets to improve cross functional working and develop individuals and teams
