PRINCE2™ Project Management

"I thoroughly enjoyed the course and gained a lot. The tutor was able to teach the material in a logical and professional manner."
Project Manager, St Mary's Hospital NHS Trust

What is PRINCE2™

PRINCE2™ is a structured method for effective project management. It can be tailored to suit varying needs and is suitable for all sizes and types of project. It is the standard used by Government Departments, the NHS, Local Authorities and many leading private sector companies.
Most projects are prone to failure unless a set structured approach is undertaken. PRINCE2™ is a process-based approach giving clear pathways required to manage, monitor and control all aspects of a project. The benefit of a single common structure provides a method that is repeatable, teachable and builds on experience through proven best practice.
