Core to Salomons’ values is the delivery of sustainable learning. We are experienced in providing managers with the skills to train others in their organisation so that they are less dependent on using external resources. Our aim is to transfer our passion for learning and development to managers who are already expert in their own field. They return to the workplace with a new set of skills and the confidence to deliver high quality training within their organisations.

Facilitation skills training 

Good facilitation can move groups forward and significantly increase their productivity and effectiveness. Effective facilitators need to be able to pay attention to the context they are working in, the outcomes the group are working towards as well as the group process. We can equip managers with the skills to facilitate groups in a range of settings using our tried and tested facilitation framework.
