Opportunity for Funded Development in Kent

An exciting new project, working with businesses in Kent, provides opportunities for funded places on courses and tailored programmes. The project is aimed at developing organisational and leadership capability.

We are currently able to offer, thanks to Higher Education Innovation Funding:

HR - Central to Business Success

HR professionals from private, not for profit and public sector organisations can access a new 2 day internal consultancy course at a highly subsidised rate of only £50 (actual course cost £600). This programme is for those who want to become effective HR partners and really make a positive impact within their organisations. The programme takes place on  Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th July.

In addition we will be running a series of Breakfast Seminars, current topics are:

‘Get the most from new employees – How to hit the ground running’
12th June in Canterbury and 29th June in Tunbridge Wells.

‘Managing problem people – What to do when the going gets tough’
4th July in Tunbridge Wells and 6th July in Canterbury.

We are also keen to meet up with more businesses in Kent to understand the pressures they face and explore how the project can support them by providing new and different subsidised development opportunities, with tangible outcomes, aimed at addressing the needs identified.
