School leadership

We’ve been commissioned over the last 2 years by Medway council to work with some new head teachers and their leadership teams in a number of primary and secondary schools. Our work focuses on helping the head and their team to become more cohesive through understanding the different strengths in the team and exploring how they might deploy these to best effect. We use the Myers Brigg framework as the basis for this work which provides those involved not only with new insights about themselves and their role in the team but also renewed confidence to tackle the many challenges they face.
