Performance Management

Maximising the performance of your workforce is a challenge every organisation shares. Our approach is to focus on how to create a positive performance culture focussing on goals, employee motivation and the importance of coaching for success. Once the philosophy is clear we move on to exploring strategies for dealing with poor performance. In our experience, managers gain enormously from coming together to share experiences and support each other in identifying suitable solutions. We make sure our programmes are firmly based in your context using participants’ own experiences and tailoring exercises to fit your organisation.

I found it really valuable to deal with my own performance issues and get reassurance and ideas from others. Its made me much more aware of the distinct needs of different staff groups that we need to address  e.g. different forms of supervision, personal safety etc. If we don’t get this right we can’t expect optimum performance from them and are putting the organisation at risk.
