Change management skills

The ability to lead and implement change is an essential management skill. We provide tailor made in house programmes that draw on the changes the client is experiencing. In addition to equipping managers with a change toolkit we use diagnostic tools (such as the SDI and MBTI) which increase awareness of personal style and encourage the manager to make informed choices when tackling resistance. The inclusion of a work-based project enables participants to apply the skills they have learned immediately after the programme. It is a way of clearly demonstrating the added value of the programme.
