Examples of our work
- A newly merged organisation asked us to provide career coaching sessions for those senior managers deemed to be “at risk” as a result of the merger. Some were successful in obtaining posts within the new organisation whilst others explored their skill portfolio and took the decision to move into other areas.
- An individual who had followed a traditional professional career path wanted to consider a move into operational management. This included an assessment of their existing skill set and an identification of key development needs.
- A Chief Executive on secondment to a government department who wanted to focus on his leadership development and planning for his next career step.
- A manager who had recently taken on the role as Assistant Director and was looking for support in making this career transition successfully.
